Romania, a member of the European Union and NATO, has approved the US request to use its military bases for a potential attack on Iran. This announcement came after the Romanian Supreme Council of Defense approved the American request. However, two Israeli officials stated that despite this, a senior Israeli official acknowledged in closed discussions that there is no guarantee that a war on Iran would lead to the collapse of its government. It is expected that the Romanian parliament will give its final approval later today. On Wednesday, Romanian President Klaus Iohannis announced that American refueling aircraft, surveillance equipment, and satellite communication systems will be able to use Romanian bases during the attack on Iran.
